Campus Logistics Co. was created by people frustrated with having to leave campus to get packages being shipped, as well as the high shipping rates and poor customer service currently offered by many courier services in Jamaica. As frequent online shoppers and students, we know the pitfalls of the services currently being offered, and as such, we have tailored Campus Logistics Co. to be exactly as we would want for ourselves.
We are not offering a rebranded or duplicated service of the main couriers on the island, but a completely unique user experience for online shoppers who want premium services without paying a premium cost. How It Works
Follow these simple steps to shop online using your U.S. address and receive your packages in Jamaica hassle-free.
Step 1 – Sign Up
Create your free account. You’ll receive a unique account number and your U.S. shipping address (our Florida warehouse).
Step 2 – Shop Online
At checkout, enter your Campus Logistics U.S. address and include your account number to ensure fast, accurate processing.
Step 3 – U.S. Warehouse Check‑In
When your package arrives at our U.S. facility, we log it into our system and send notifications via email and/or SMS.
Step 4 – Shipping to Jamaica
We ship from the U.S. to Jamaica five days a week, Monday to Friday.
Step 5 – Customs Clearance
We handle customs clearance on your behalf. Any duties or taxes assessed by Jamaican Customs are added to your invoice. Clearance times may vary.
Step 6 – Pickup or Delivery
After clearance, packages are ready for pickup or home delivery the next business day.

How does Campus Logistics & Co. work?
We provide each customer with a unique U.S. shipping address. When you shop online, have your packages sent to this address. Once your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, we ship it to Jamaica, clear customs on your behalf, and notify you when it’s ready for pickup or delivery.
Where do I find my U.S. shipping address?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a unique account number and U.S. address. Always include your account number on your shipments to ensure fast and accurate processing.
How long does shipping take?
Packages are shipped from our U.S. warehouse to Jamaica five (5) days a week, Monday to Friday. Once your package arrives in Jamaica, it must go through customs clearance.
- After clearance is complete, packages are generally ready for pickup or delivery the next business day.
- Clearance times may vary depending on the nature of your shipment and Customs processing.
How will I know when my package arrives?
We provide real-time tracking and updates via:
- Email notifications
- SMS text messages
- Updates through our online portal/app
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We manage customs clearance for all packages. Any duties or fees charged by Jamaican Customs will be added to your invoice.
What items are prohibited?
Restricted or prohibited items include:
- Hazardous materials (explosives, flammables, corrosives)
- Live animals or perishables
- Human remains
- Precious metals, cash, or monetary instruments
- High-value jewelry
- Radioactive or toxic substances

Do you provide insurance?
Yes. Packages are automatically insured unless you opt out:
- Packages with no declared value are insured up to USD $100.
- Packages valued over USD $5,000 require special insurance arrangements.
- Restricted or hazardous items are not insurable.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via:
- Online (secure payment portal)
- Cash at our office
- Card payments at our office
Invoices are due upon receipt, with a 14-day grace period.
What happens if I don’t pay my invoice?
- Storage fees may apply after 14 days.
- Packages unpaid after 21 days may be considered forfeited and disposed of.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
- Lost packages: File a claim within 10 days of arrival notification without receiving update.
- Damaged or missing items: File a claim at the time of delivery.
Refunds/compensation will be based on the declared invoice value or up to USD $100 if no invoice is provided.
Can you deliver packages directly to me?
Yes! For your convenience, we offer delivery service to your preferred address in Jamaica. Contact us to arrange delivery.
